Using this site
This site is published by JLF (Josh Foster), a DJ and producer in the United Kingdom. Using it means accepting the terms on this page. If you do not accept them, stop using the site.
The site is provided free and as it is. It may be offline, incomplete or out of date at any time, and no guarantee is made that it will keep working. Nothing here is advice you should rely on.
Music, artwork and text
Mixes, edits, artwork, photography and written content on this site belong to JLF or to the rights holders credited. You may listen, watch and share links freely.
You may not re-upload the audio or video as your own, sell it, use it in a commercial release, or train a machine learning model on it, without written permission. Ask — the answer is usually yes.
Press assets on the press page are the exception: they are published so that promoters and press can use them to promote a JLF booking, and that use needs no further permission.
Bookings
An enquiry made through this site is not a contract. A booking exists only once it has been confirmed in writing by email, including the date, fee and venue.
Availability shown on the shows page is a best effort and can change.
Links and embeds
The site links out to other platforms and embeds a SoundCloud player. Those services are not run by JLF, and their content, terms and availability are their own responsibility.
Liability
As far as the law allows, JLF is not liable for loss arising from using this site or from relying on anything published on it. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes are for the courts of England and Wales.
